To use Windows Server 2003, you will need to make sure your system meets the following minimum requirements:

| Disk Space Requirements | Minimum is 1.5 GB for all x86 editions, and 2 GB for Itanium-based computers. More disk space is required for systems with a lot of RAM to accommodate bigger system files such as the paging file. |
| Display | Super VGA (800 × 600) or higher resolution monitor. |

The 64-bit versions of Windows Server 2003 (Enterprise and Datacenter Edition) are only compatible with 64-bit Intel Itanium-based systems.
